SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives with integrators, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive joint business objectives.
- Develop Partner Marketing Strategies: Work with partners to develop co-marketing plans and strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns with partners across various channels such as digital, events, content, and more.
- Collaboration with Partners: Build strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business goals and marketing needs to create mutually beneficial marketing activities.
- Content Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, case studies, blog posts, and more.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define KPIs for partner campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for partner activities, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to write effective campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion on time and within budget.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, field marketing, or a related field. B2B marketing experience is a huge plus!
- Certifications in marketing or partner management fields are a plus.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Pardot) is preferred.
- Occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs
- Travel up to 15-20%
