The Partner Marketing Manager at Kinective will create and execute co-marketing strategies with partners to enhance brand awareness and generate demand within the banking and credit union markets.

The Partner Marketing Manager, reporting to our EVP, Marketing, is instrumental in the development and execution of co-marketing strategies with our strategic partners to power our mutual go-to-market strategies.?
This pivotal role within our in-house marketing team develops and nurtures joint marketing programs, creates impactful campaigns with our partners, and enhances Kinective’s brand awareness in the banking and credit union markets through the partnership channel.
A successful Partner Marketing Manager at Kinective will create collaborative, informed, and engaging marketing content and initiatives that drive demand generation, grow partner relationships, and deliver measurable results for our partnership sales initiatives. Above all, you will act as a strategic connector between Kinective, our partnership team and our partners to deliver meaningful outcomes for partner customers.?

What you’ll own:
- Developing and delivering joint marketing campaigns with partners to meet growth objectives?
- Building co-branded content such as solution briefs, webinars, email campaigns, and presentations using Kinective’s voice, tone, and style?to support our partners go to market strategies.
- Establishing strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment on marketing goals, messaging, and execution?
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure partner programs align with Kinective’s product offerings and value propositions?
- Driving demand generation through integrated partner campaigns, utilizing email, social media, direct mail, SEO, and event-based strategies?
- Supporting partner enablement by creating and delivering impactful sales enablement materials and tools
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of partner marketing programs, delivering insights and recommendations for optimization
What you’re great at:
- Ability to gain a solid understanding of the banking technology and services landscape, including key trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks, to create relevant and impactful co-marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and ensure mutual success.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to inform and optimize partner marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
- Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging partner-facing and prospect-facing materials.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working with teams like sales, product, and design to achieve shared goals.
Necessary Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field??
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role??
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the banking or FinTech sector
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)??
- Experience managing partner relationships and executing joint marketing campaigns?

The Team
In this role, you would be a part of the Marketing Team and reporting to our EVP, Marketing.
Office Expectations:
This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.
