SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator, Partnership & Analytic Strategy will be responsible for managing CRM systems and executing data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and enhance stakeholder engagement for the Tucson Roadrunners.

Job Title: Coordinator, Partnership & Analytic Strategy
Department: Corporate Sales
Reporting: Vice President Ticket/Corporate Sales
Status: Exempt

Position Overview:
The Business Strategy, CRM & Analytics Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position responsible for managing the Tucson Roadrunners internal CRM systems and partnering with all departments to execute a data-driven & sales growth strategy. This role focuses on the implementation and integration of the CRM system, organizational reporting, and development of data processes to support staff in managing stakeholder relationships. In addition, the Business Strategy, CRM & Analytics Coordinator will oversee Corporate Partnerships data systems plus CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:
  • Develop and implement CRM service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Serve as the organization's CRM system expert and administrator, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Lead the day-to-day reporting for all departments, focusing on stakeholder acquisition and retention (members, sponsors, ambassadors, volunteers).
  • Build out department dashboards to provide real-time status updates and analytics.
  • Handle the logistics for online surveys
  • Perform data analysis on market research, ticketing, and secondary data sources
  • Perform online research utilizing public and subscription services

Corporate Partnerships Administration:
  • Manage SponsorCX platform.
  • Ensure all Partnership accounts have updated & correct assets.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships team to ensure all current & prospective partners are in SponsorCX.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use data to analyze customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve stakeholder engagement and retention.
  • Build and manage event and stakeholder surveys, delivering real-time results and reports to departments.
  • Using database to build segmented, targeted campaigns to assist info gathering and sales process.
  • Develop strategies to leverage data for engaging stakeholders in innovative ways.

Stakeholder Support and Growth:
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the stakeholder journey, fostering organic growth and enhancing customer relationships.
  • Provide support to membership staff with day-to-day customer service inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the CRM system meets the needs of staff and enhances their ability to serve stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.

Salary:
$48,000 starting salary and varies upward depending on experience

Experience:
  • Proven experience in CRM system administration, with a deep understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Experience in leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with data platforms like; Salesforce/KORE, Salesloft, SponsorCX, Archtics.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, preferably in sports or entertainment industries.

Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Organized and analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.

Other:
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to implement data-driven strategies
  • Understanding of industry standards when working with customers and sponsors.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, KORE, Ticket Sales, Pricing Analytics, and Dynamic Pricing strongly preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus, but not required
