Seeking a Partnership Manager (Influencer Manager) to drive brand growth through influencer relationships at ADVANCED® in Charlotte, NC, with a commission-based compensation structure and potential for full-time employment after an initial contract term.

PLEASE NOTE: This is primarily a commission-based position with significant earning potential. The majority of compensation will come from a performance-based commission and bonus structure. If you are driven, results-oriented, and successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial income. In addition to commissions, there will be a flat monthly base pay of $1,600 to $2,000. While the base pay is minimal, high-performing contractors can achieve significant financial rewards through their success in this role.

Position Overview:
ADVANCED® is seeking a Partnership Manager (Influencer Manager) to join our marketing and sales team in Charlotte, NC, on an independent contractor basis for an initial term of 4-6 months. This position will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer relationships across various platforms, driving brand growth through effective campaigns. After the initial term, the role may transition into a full-time W2 employee position, based on mutual agreement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Lead Identification and Outreach:
- Identify and research qualified influencer leads across platforms such as Twitch, X.com (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Kick.com, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Consistently manage and maintain a pipeline of influencer leads, meeting monthly targets for outreach and engagement.
- Deal Pipeline Management:
- Guide influencers through the deal pipeline, from initial contact to signed agreements, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Meet or exceed monthly goals for influencers signed and onboarded.
- Campaign Activation and Management:
- Develop and execute monthly activation campaigns for signed influencers, aligning with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to maximize engagement and monitor campaign performance metrics.
- Reporting and Collaboration:
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Partnerships on lead progress, signed deals, and campaign performance.
- Track all influencer interactions and campaigns in a CRM or designated tracking tool.
- Punctuality and Accountability:
- Strictly adhere to scheduled working hours and clock in and out on time daily.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of activities and results to ensure accountability.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of and experience with influencer platforms, including Twitch, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.com.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or related roles is highly preferred but not required.
- Must be local to Charlotte, NC, or willing to relocate for in-person work.
Contract Terms:
This is an independent contractor position for the initial 4-6 months. During this period:
- Contractors will be paid monthly based on agreed-upon terms and must meet performance expectations as outlined in their agreement.
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and will receive a 1099 form for tax reporting purposes.
- After 4-6 months, the company may offer the contractor the option to transition into a full-time W2 employee position based on performance and company needs.
