LOCATION
Hybrid (3 core in-office days in Jersey City, NJ, and 2 non-core remote days)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, 1-2 years of experience in sports marketing or corporate partnerships, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work nights and weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support partnership agreement management, maintain relationships with partners, develop innovative marketing concepts, evaluate partnership performance, track media metrics, create recaps, manage on-site activations, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate partnership-related events.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Gotham FC is seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support the Partnership Marketing Team, manage partnerships, and coordinate marketing initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on women’s sports.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing on the management and fulfillment of agreements for high-level partnership accounts.
- Act as a key contact with assigned Partners (clients), maintain day-to-day relationships between Partners and internal departments.
- Deliver thoughtful and innovative market Partnership Marketing concepts that achieve joint partner and Gotham FC objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and partners to ensure contracted assets are in place and activated. Assets include, but are not limited to, signage, events, media, and hospitality.
- Evaluate performance of partnership marketing plans regularly and recommend adjustments based on observations as needed.
- Track and report media metrics for partner activations across linear, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Create partner activation, theme night, mid-year, and end of season recaps.
- Support and manage hospitality for senior corporate guests.
- Manage on-site partner activation including brand integration into Fan Fest, in-stadium giveaways, on-field presentations, etc.
- Assist with additional team needs as assigned.
- Maintain detailed partner databases and handle administrative tasks related to partnership agreements.
- Coordinate logistics for partnership-related events.
- Collaborate with the department to help monitor partnership progress and prepare regular reports on partnership status and impact.
- Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of partnerships, assisting in content creation and showcasing successful partnerships.
- Lead LED signage minute tracking for each match.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sports marketing/corporate partnerships' experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Experience in Canva, Zoomph, or Asana preferred.

- Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Being bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.).
