Partnership Marketing Coordinator
LOCATION

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience in account management, client service, agency, or sports marketing preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic oversight of national partner contractual assets, manage creative approval processes, assist with fulfillment of assets, support partnership revenue growth, conduct partnership reporting, collaborate with other departments, and stay informed on industry trends.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Support the Partnership Marketing team at the United Soccer League by managing national partner assets and contributing to revenue growth and fulfillment efforts.
- Provide strategic oversight of all national partner contractual assets including signage, broadcast assets, ticket pools, player appearances, sampling programs, social, web/digital, etc.
- Manage creative approval process for all national partner assets.
- Assist with fulfillment of all national partner contractual assets including signage, ticket pools, player appearances, sampling programs, social, web/digital, etc.
- Support Partnership Marketing and Sales leadership in conducting interdepartmental ideation and strategy sessions, to identify and develop opportunities for partnership revenue growth and retention.
- Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc partnership reporting.
- Work closely with other departments including Events, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Creative Services, Communications, and Digital/Social.
- Stay informed on industry trends across professional sports and make suggestions where appropriate for new activation and/or revenue generating opportunities.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, i.e. account management, client service, agency, or sports marketing, preferred or combination of relevant professional work experience and/or education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service skills and competencies required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to schedule and prioritize multiple work streams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members, executives, member clubs, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a multi-faceted, fast, fluid, and deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must.
- Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
- Must have U.S. work authorization.
