Seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition campaigns and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital growth.

Compensation Range: $54 - 57 per hour
We are looking for a skilled Partnership Marketing Manager professional to oversee the full lifecycle of acquisition campaigns, from strategy development to performance reporting. You will manage key metrics like CPA and CPI, evaluate partnership opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Engineering. This role involves optimizing campaigns for better ROI, forecasting outcomes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of digital acquisition campaigns, including strategy development, business requirement gathering, planning, execution, and performance reporting, focusing on key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Cost Per Install (CPI).
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with efficiency and scalability goals, develop business proposals, and collaborate with finance, legal, and marketing teams to assess and implement initiatives.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to onboard and maintain new and existing partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to uncover opportunities for optimization and increased ROI.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to forecast campaign outcomes across quarters and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a large B2C company, ideally within the consumer internet sectors of travel, technology, or lifestyle.
- Extensive experience partnering with product, digital marketing, and data analytics teams to drive campaign success.
- Demonstrated success in managing global affiliate campaigns that deliver significant scale and ROI.
- Hands-on experience with App Store Marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO) is a plus.
- Proven leadership skills, including managing cross-functional workflows and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
