Job Description and Key Responsibilities: As our Parts Counter Sales person, you will assist the parts and service manager with the following critical functions: (Note:Only candidates with proven parts experience and social media proficiency will be considered.)

  • Inventory Control: Ensure precise inventory tracking, conduct weekly cycle counts, and minimize shrinkage with effective processes.
  • Parts Ordering & Receiving: Build strong vendor relationships to maintain a seamless supply chain and timely restocking.
  • Customer-Focused Parts Sales: Lead and support the parts counter team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales.
  • Collaborate: Work proactively with other departments, including sales and service, to ensure seamless operations
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly.
  • Relationship Builder: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders or inventory
  • Daily Social Media Marketing: Create and post engaging daily ads, promotions, and content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other channels to increase visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Data & Reporting: Regularly update management on inventory levels, sales performance, and promotional campaign effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
