Position Overview:
Are you a hard worker and great teammate with a passion for health and wellness? As our Patient Liaison and Internal Sales Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our patient experience, case coordination and ongoing online/community presence.

In this role, you’ll not only have day to day patient interaction but you'll also be part of a team that strives for great client care, clinic experience and consistent digital branding. You'll be expected to bring energy and a willingness to learn new systems/treatments/skills while constantly bringing a level of excellence to our growing patient volume and our attempts to reach new people in the community.

You will play a key role in driving engagement (in-office and online), promoting our services, helping patients commit to care and representing the Infinite brand at various events and initiatives. Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of proven experience in patient care, including care plan creation and sales, social media engagement, or brand strategy, preferably within the health, wellness, or aesthetics industries.
  • Strong communication and proven sales skills a must

Bonus Skills:
  • Knowledge of medical aesthetics, skincare, or health-related products and services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and influencer marketing tools.
