QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, 8-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or related fields. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Seeking a qualified professional to support their Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Manager(Payor Access Strategy)
This role involves developing and rolling out value propositions, strategies, and the integration of pricing and contracting approaches across various payer channels. The successful candidate will support the development of brand plans and the execution of integrated customer planning tactics for market access objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for pricing and contracting across payer channels.
- Support brand plan development and execution of integrated customer planning tactics for Market Access objectives.
- Engage with National Accounts and Payors to drive market access strategies.
- Create and drive strategies for market access challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of successful marketing campaigns aimed at market access.
- Provide leadership in the integration of market access strategy into business development and marketing plans.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 8-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, market access, or related fields.
- Key Experience: Previous experience working with National Accounts and Payors. Familiarity with launch and/or pipeline market access strategy is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong clinical, health economic, or scientific knowledge.
- Deep understanding of the market access external access and reimbursement landscape.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing strategies for National/Payor accounts.
- Expertise in market research, pricing, value proposition development, and strategic marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Language: English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
