Job Description
We’re seeking a Performance Marketer with a passion for driving revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies. This role will focus on lead generation, user acquisition, organic visibility and SEO, paid media primarily through Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and scaling our influencer and affiliate programs. Success will be measured through key performance indicators such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, organic revenue growth, and lead quality.
You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that grow traffic, improve conversions, and build long-term relationships with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Management:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • SEO and Organic Growth:
    • Implement advanced SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
    • Collaborate with content and web teams to improve on-page and technical SEO along with blog articles to reach maximum effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Create and manage lead generation strategies both organic and paid to attract and convert qualified prospects.
    • Optimize the cost per leads and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:
    • Build and expand a network of influencers and affiliates to increase brand reach and sales.
    • Manage partnerships, tracking performance metrics and ensuring a positive ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, SEM Rush, and other marketing platforms to measure campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights to the team and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborative Campaigns:
    • Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
    • Develop strategies for promotional events, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements
  • Paid Media Expertise: Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising tools.
  • SEO Mastery: Proven experience in advanced SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Lead Generation Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful lead generation campaigns while reducing CPLs.
  • Influencer and Affiliate Knowledge: Experience in building and managing influencer and affiliate networks with a measurable ROI.
  • Analytics: Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
