Key Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA) to maximize campaign effectiveness.

SEO and Organic Growth:
- Implement advanced SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive organic traffic growth.
- Collaborate with content and web teams to improve on-page and technical SEO along with blog articles to reach maximum effectiveness.

Lead Generation:
- Create and manage lead generation strategies both organic and paid to attract and convert qualified prospects.
- Optimize the cost per leads and ensure alignment with revenue goals.

Influencer and Affiliate Marketing:
- Build and expand a network of influencers and affiliates to increase brand reach and sales.
- Manage partnerships, tracking performance metrics and ensuring a positive ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, SEM Rush, and other marketing platforms to measure campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to the team and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop strategies for promotional events, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
- Paid Media Expertise: Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising tools.
- SEO Mastery: Proven experience in advanced SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Lead Generation Success: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful lead generation campaigns while reducing CPLs.
- Influencer and Affiliate Knowledge: Experience in building and managing influencer and affiliate networks with a measurable ROI.
- Analytics: Strong understanding of marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
