Performance Marketer

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in digital marketing (preferably in fashion or cosmetics), expertise in managing large-scale budgets, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and exceptional communication and multitasking skills.

The Performance Marketer will optimize customer acquisition strategies for the D2C website, working collaboratively to deliver data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $104,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience
Position Summary:
The Performance Marketer will drive customer acquisition strategies across diverse marketing channels for our D2C website. The primary objective is to optimize the quality and volume of acquisitions within budget constraints. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with the company's seasonal and promotional goals.
Please note that relocation assistance is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine campaign strategies across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Programmatic, CTV, Organic, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance media spend and campaign effectiveness.
- Design high-converting, multi-touch acquisition strategies through analytics and testing.
- Identify scalable opportunities to optimize campaign performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce Director to prioritize growth initiatives and set actionable goals.
- Monitor industry trends to adopt innovative practices for improving acquisition efficiency.
- Align campaigns with the fashion calendar, updating ad platforms with relevant creative and copy.
- Partner with graphic design and marketing teams to source dynamic creatives that maintain brand alignment while improving acquisition metrics.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as CPA, CAC, LTV, CPM, MER, and aMER, presenting actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to boost lead conversion and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company’s goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or cosmetics industry.
- Expertise in managing large-scale budgets across full-funnel advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in direct mail strategies is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
