Job Description Overview:

We're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Strategist to spearhead customer acquisition and revenue growth for our direct-to-consumer brands: SmartMatch Insurance Agency & United Medicare Advisors. You'll work hand in hand with our Sr. Performance Marketing managers on the strategy and execution of our affiliate marketing channels, optimizing campaigns to deliver maximum ROI. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in performance marketing, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, ranging from pay per call, pay per lead, to pay per click.
    • Continuously monitor and work with partners to adjust campaigns, bids, and budgets to optimize performance and achieve target KPIs.
    • Participate in cross functional teams to problem solve when campaigns are not functioning correctly.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilize Tableau & other marketing attribution platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
    • Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA), to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines, compliance and performance expectations.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets across various channels and campaigns.
    • Provide accurate performance forecasts to inform budget allocation and decision-making.
    • Track and report on budget utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare regular performance reports with clear and concise insights for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling and informative presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance and impact.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the direct-to-consumer space. Agency-side experience is a plus. Medicare/Insurance or heavily regulated industry experience is a plus.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing attribution platforms.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to thrive while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Additional Information Compensation:

Between $75k - $85k annually, based on level of experience and qualifications.
