Seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Just A Little Therapy, LLC by managing administrative tasks and providing organizational support in a part-time remote role.

Just A Little Therapy, LLC (https://justalittletherapy.com/) is a small therapy private practice with a CEO who also provides business consulting to other companies. We're on the hunt for a rockstar Personal Assistant to keep things running smoothly, tackle administrative tasks, and free up our CEO’s time so they can focus on what she does best.
This is a part-time position requiring 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to 10 hours per week starting Spring 2025. Pay is $20/hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and organize schedules, emails, and files.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and occasionally CEO's personal errands.
- Manage professional correspondence and communications with clients and partners.
- Manage marketing and social media platform for business.
- Conduct research for special projects assigned.
- Coordinate/book travel for CEO.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator with exceptional writing skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for making order out of chaos.
- A tech-savvy multitasker who knows how to prioritize.
Position Details:
- Part-time role starting at 5 hours per week, increasing to 10 hours per week in Spring 2025.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Personal computer and reliable internet required for role.
