We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Manager to lead and optimize the intake process for our law firm clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for prospective clients.

Position Overview:

The Personal Injury Intake Manager will oversee the client intake process, from initial inquiry to case assignment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service. This role requires a deep understanding of personal injury law, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the intake team to ensure all client inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement processes and workflows to optimize the intake process for personal injury cases.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for all prospective client information in case management systems.
  • Review and evaluate potential cases to determine eligibility and viability based on established criteria.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to facilitate the seamless transition of new cases.
  • Monitor and analyze intake metrics, such as conversion rates and response times, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Train and mentor intake staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Stay up-to-date on personal injury laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the intake process.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm, with at least 1+ year in an intake or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case types and legal terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and CRM tools; experience with [specific systems, e.g., Clio, Litify, etc.] is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) is required.
