QUALIFICATIONS
Law degree from an accredited law school, active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar, 2+ years of personal injury experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent client service and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlement negotiations, manage a team of Case Managers, and focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation activities and a team of Case Managers, dedicated to protecting consumer rights in the personal injury sector.

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our office in Las Vegas, need to be barred in Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
- Guide clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
