Pmo Lead - Federal Health
LOCATION
Remote work with potential travel (20-50%) to client locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, typically 10+ years of consulting or industry experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, mentoring abilities, and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Work you'll do
- Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
- Support engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance
- Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
- Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
- Manage engagement risk
- Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Typically has 7 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Ability to support engagements of greater than average size and complexity
- Ability to lead multiple teams and multiple clients with confidence
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor and manage junior staff and further their professional growth
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 20 - 50% depending on the client and industries you serve
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325.00 to $188,875.00.
