Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing relationships, and closing sales. You will sell directly to homeowners but mostly businesses in construction-related fields (e.g., home builders, real estate broker, contractors) and offer tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow in a supportive and fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Relationships that result in Leads and Sales: Identify and contact potential residential and commercial customers using provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
Build and Manage Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, contractors, realtors, homebuilders, and other business clients.
Close Sales: Use your sales skills to close deals by explaining product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the customer’s needs and offer customized solutions that highlight the durability, eco-friendliness, and long-term benefits of LGC’s products.
Track Sales Activities: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up calls, and appointments in our CRM system.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
Sales Expertise: A track record of closing sales in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably in home improvement or construction-related industries.
Strong Communication Skills: You can clearly and confidently present product benefits to potential customers and address their concerns.

What We Offer:
A qualified candidate should expect to earn between $100K - $130K between Base Salary, Commissions and Bonuses per year
