SHORT DESCRIPTION

Instinct Marketing is seeking a dedicated individual to manage PPC marketing efforts for local business clients, focusing on driving lead generation and optimizing online marketing strategies.

Instinct Marketing provides local business clients with inbound online marketing strategies to generate leads. This includes search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, website design & development, and more digital marketing services to improve the success of our clients' marketing efforts. IMPORTANT NOTE: Job applicants must currently live in or near Greater Sacramento, California. We are not interested in out-of-state or remote applicants.

The Role

In this position, you'll work on various platforms, including Google ads (PPC), Bing ads (PPC), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), and more. Responsibilities will vary according to client needs, but training will be provided. The ideal candidate has strong written skills, an eye for grammar, and is able to learn quickly but also dedicates themselves to learning beyond the training. We are looking for an analytical and dedicated individual who contributes to our company culture.

Role Tasks:

  • Manage approximately 10-25+ local business clients that operate by completing builds, optimizations, change requests, and properly notate information for others to reference
  • Use advanced knowledge in online marketing while partnering with account managers to identify and report on key performance indicators and produce successful campaigns
  • Implement analysis of existing PPC campaign performance and prepare actionable insight for improvement to optimize account performance
  • Use Instinct Marketing best practices in digital marketing to develop strategies to achieve client goals in designing, developing, and managing PPC campaigns
  • Use a variety of tools to compile and draw insight from industry data to better understand user trends and behavior
  • Remain current with industry trends and best practices that may be incorporated to optimize accounts
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment when creating and modifying client accounts to ensure ad campaigns are positively impacting the clients' goals, such as ROAS, brand exposure, and congruent ad-to-landing page web copy
  • Attend client meetings either in person or over the phone/Zoom
  • Produce monthly reports for clients and provide client recommendations

Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 - 3 Years of Google Ads experience
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Certified
  • Facebook and Instagram Advertising Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of SEM/PPC experience
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • Experience working with landing page builders such as Unbounce, GoHighLevel, or Instapage
  • Agency and client-facing experience
  • Basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript Knowledge
  • Google Ads Certified
