Responsibilities – PR and Digital Marketing Specialist:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and online ads, to increase traffic, generate leads, and promote dealership events.
- Oversee the dealership’s social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering customer interaction on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X (Formerly Twitter).
- Produce content for social media, press releases, blog posts, and email newsletters that aligns with the dealership’s brand and engages the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media and organizations, executing PR campaigns that promote the dealership’s involvement in community events and strengthen its reputation.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms like Google and Facebook, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance.
- Support dealership events and promotions through targeted digital marketing strategies to drive attendance and sales.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with overall dealership goals.
Qualifications – PR and Digital Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or PR, experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proven success in developing and executing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Strong writing and content creation skills for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and experience growing social media accounts.
- Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies, with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and keyword tools.
- Experience managing media relations and planning public relations campaigns.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and designing email campaigns.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Proactive attitude toward learning new marketing trends and tools.
