• Assist in the creation of engaging social media content that stops the scroll and sparks conversations.
• Support influencer and media outreach—build relationships with key beauty editors, content creators, and influencers.
• Research and brainstorm fresh, creative ideas to amplify brand messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report on the success of PR and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help plan exciting product launches, events, and campaigns.
• Coordinate and maintain press kits, media lists, and buzz-worthy press releases.
