QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of pricing and appraising used vehicles, experience with third-party wholesalers and used car auctions, Reynolds Desking familiarity, proven track record in high volume and customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Control costs, build a loyal clientele, maintain employee relations, work with the BDC to drive business, and set and obtain sales objectives.

The Preowned Sales Managers are responsible for controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relations, proactively working with the BDC to drive business, setting and obtaining sales objectives. The successful candidate is a hands-on professional with good closing skills, good character, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge on pricing used vehicles
- Knowledge on appraising used vehicles, trade in vehicles, and out right purchases
- Ability to work well with third party wholesalers and used car auctions
- Knowledge of Reynolds Desking
- Proven track record of high volume, gross, and CSI
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to display humility through all situations in the workplace
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
- Experience with FOCUS and BDC processes
