Hi,

We're looking for someone to help prepare and distribute real estate flyers in Southwest Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley (west of the 405 freeway), and occasionally other parts of Orange County.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare flyers (sort and attach rubber bands)
• Distribute flyers door-to-door in designated neighborhoods
• Occasionally assist with tasks like setting up and taking down open house signs (mainly on weekends)
• Help with event setups as needed

Requirements:

• Must have a car or e-bike for transportation
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Available for 10-20 hours of work per week (flexible schedule)

Compensation:

• $15/hr plus mileage reimbursement
• Monthly Bonuses and Other Bonus Opportunities Available
