SHORT DESCRIPTION
As a Pricing Manager at Empower, you will develop pricing strategies to maximize market success and ensure affordable access to innovative medications, collaborating across teams to drive impactful pricing decisions.
- Develops and implements data-driven pricing strategies for diverse customer segments, leveraging customer insights, financial trends, and market dynamics to maximize market success and support new product launches.
- Monitors and evaluates competitor pricing strategies, identifying risks and providing actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive advantage and respond to market shifts.
- Leads the creation and execution of pricing strategies across short, medium, and long term horizons, institutionalizing effective processes and ensuring alignment with market realities and organizational goals.
- Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Information Technology, and Finance teams to tackle pricing challenges and develop or implement innovative, integrated solutions that enhance pricing strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Produces and communicates detailed pricing reports and dashboards using advanced tools like Power Business Intelligence (BI), delivering critical insights to senior management and fostering data-informed decision-making.

- Advanced proficiency in pricing analytics tools, financial modeling, and data visualization software such as Power BI, coupled with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing strategy development, financial analysis, and market evaluation, with demonstrated success in creating and executing impactful pricing models in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Six Sigma, Lean Certification, Advanced Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence Certification strongly preferred.
