Job Description
Principal Marketing Manager, Exec Programs will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and positioning of Dynatrace at the executive level. This role involves collaborating with Dynatrace executives, sales leadership, marketing, customer success to support and drive marketing strategies aimed at executives and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee marketing programs targeted at executive audiences, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Create high-impact marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and promotional content, tailored for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address marketing needs and opportunities.
- Develop program proposals for executive engagement and present to stakeholders for go / no-go decisions on whether to invest in the program opportunity
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform program development and strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgets and resources for marketing programs, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Coordinate and execute executive events, webinars, and other engagement tactics to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor program performance through metrics and provide reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on executive-level engagement.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs.
- Strong understanding of the executive landscape and ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Employees Can Work Remotely Within the United Sates with residence 45 miles distance outside of local office. This role can be filled remotely for the right candidate.
Additional Information
