Key job responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage and lead cross-functional product experiences for Amazon tablet devices, driving critical milestones in close collaboration with HW/SW engineering and foundational PM teams.
- Manage overarching big picture, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of all product and project components.
- Coordinate software integration across key partners – internal and external.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Product and Technical Program Managers
- Foster collaboration across Amazon teams and external partners to define requirements, manage schedules, and ensure smooth factory ramp-up
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and align product goals with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of Amazon products
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision making processes
- Align team efforts around a shared vision and clear expectations
- Promote a transparent and efficient decision-making structure that balances input from all stakeholders without impeding progress
- Demonstrate ability to navigate and overcome unexpected challenges, such as schedule changes
- Adapt swiftly to evolving situations while maintaining project timelines and quality standards
- Lead teams effectively under pressure to deliver results in challenging circumstances
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
- Encourage diverse ideas through techniques such as brainstorming, prototyping, and user feedback loops and beta testing
- Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to iterate on features and refine solutions
- Ensure product-market fit and high levels of user satisfaction
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
