As a Principal Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Device Solutions (ADS), you will define and lead the marketing strategy and execution for our growing portfolio of B2B products, including digital signage solutions, smart office technologies, and associated software services. Working across Device and Services, AWS, Amazon Business, and Retail teams, you'll establish the vision for our product marketing organization and craft compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate with enterprise customers and drive business growth. Your role is pivotal in establishing ADS as a leader in the multi-billion dollar B2B technology market. You'll shape our product narratives and positioning, build strategic marketing programs across all channels, and drive enterprise customer adoption at scale. Leading both short and long-term strategic planning, you'll define our go-to-market approach for new offerings and own the end-to-end customer journey. This executive-level role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate ADS's growth in the B2B space while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team. Mid-morning, you could be leading a cross-organizational meeting to align AWS, Amazon Business, and Device teams on joint GTM initiatives. After lunch, you might mentor your team on developing enterprise-focused campaigns while providing strategic guidance on product positioning. Later, you could meet with industry analysts to share ADS's vision and gather market insights. You might end your day collaborating with Product leadership to shape the future direction of our B2B portfolio. Throughout, you'll balance strategic leadership with organizational development, driving both business results and team growth.   • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
