Provide data entry support, ensure accurate pricing and product descriptions, run reports for the Director of Private Label, execute inventory management systems, ensure error-free copy, assist brand manager with style creation and purchasing, provide customers with order updates, manage inventory to support merchandise plans, and monitor purchase orders as needed.

Job Description
Private Label Coordinator are responsible for supporting all aspects within Summit Sportswear.
Coordinators gain responsibility in forecasting, trend analysis, and assortment offerings while working closely with Customers, Private Label Manager and the Director of Private Label. Summit Sportswear is a creative atmosphere. Graphic and garment design feedback input is encouraged and welcome. Responsibilities
- Provide data entry support
- Ensure all items RALLY Brand items have correct pricing and product description
- Run reports for Director of Private Label as needed
- Execution of our inventory management system
- Ensure all copy is free from error (such as basic typos, etc.)
- Support the brand manager with style creation, purchasing of undecorated goods, handling buyer purchase order submissions, communication and order submittals to printers.
- Provide Customers updates on status of orders and handle open issues
- Responsible for ordering/managing inventory to support Customers merchandise plan objectives
- Monitor inventory and manage daily, weekly, and monthly purchase orders as needed to support demand
