SHORT DESCRIPTION
As the Product Adoption Manager at Cortland, you will lead the implementation and user adoption of technology initiatives across apartment communities, enhance user engagement, and streamline processes while collaborating with various teams to ensure effective tool utilization.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital adoption initiatives for Funnel’s multifamily software suite, automation, applications, and other future technology rollouts.
- Partner with Operations and onsite community teams to understand business needs, identify barriers to adoption, and tailor strategies for seamless implementation.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to improve utilization and user satisfaction.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of digital platforms, new features, and associated software.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and discrepancies within the system and collaborate with the product and development teams to resolve them.
- Test and validate digital platforms, new features, and associated software for usability, accessibility, and seamless user experience.
- Customize and configure digital systems and tools to align with business processes and user requirements.
- Manage system setup, workflows, and data integrations to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing useability.
- Test and validate configurations to confirm accuracy and functionality.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in partnership with Cortland’s Learning and Development team for associates, including onsite community teams and centralized team members, to maximize the effective use of digital tools.
- Aid in developing engaging, on-demand learning resources such as video tutorials, guides, and interactive content that support ongoing user education and self-service learning.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to integrate product-specific training into broader associate training programs.
- Act as the primary liaison between end-users and the Product team, gathering feedback from Cortland associates and residents to inform product enhancements.
- Partner with Product team to conduct regular user surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to assess the impact of new technology tools and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate user insights and adoption metrics to the Product team, providing recommendations for future updates and enhancements.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the rollout of new technologies and features, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to onsite and centralized operations.
- Lead informational sessions, product demos, and Q&A sessions with Cortland Talent Development team to build excitement and confidence around new digital tools.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders across departments, providing updates on new features, best practices, and training opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Talent, and IT teams to align on product development and technology rollout plans, ensuring a cohesive approach to implementation.
- Advise departments on best practices for leveraging new technology based on user feedback and product knowledge, driving improved processes and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital tools and adoption strategies, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital adoption, technology implementation, or training, ideally within the multifamily property or real estate industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple technology rollouts simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for translating complex technology concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
