QUALIFICATIONS

JOB INFORMATIONJob Description Name: Product AssociateJOB SUMMARYThe Product Associate is responsible for assisting in product planning, product management, and in some cases product marketing of Commercial Treasury products or services, specifically for the Virtual Account Management solution. The Product Associate is involved in supporting the execution of the overall business strategy, including production expectations, performance, and profitability outcomes and goals.
JOB FUNCTIONSResponsibilities
Responsible for supporting Product Managers in Commercial with new and existing treasury products and services.
Support pricing, client billing and value propositions; along with supporting product positioning and channel content and messaging.
Participate in compliance tracking and legality of all product offerings and effectiveness of distribution and delivery.
Participate in scanning the competitive landscape and keep a pulse on the competition with noted gaps, strengths, and weaknesses.
Participate in regular reporting, forecasting, performance measurement and monitoring, and overall client service tracking, experience and impacts.
Partner closely with Risk and Compliance partners to make sure initiatives align to Key’s moderate Risk profile.
Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
1-3 years experience in operations, client resolution or complaint management OR 1-3 years experience in a payments/ commercial rotational program
Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services
Business management presentation and Excel proficiency
Self-starter and team player with a structured approach to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables.
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSSCRUM Agile Certified or PMP certification highly preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000.00 to $92,000.00annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
