The Product Content Specialist at Dropsuite will create and manage product-related content that communicates product value effectively while collaborating with various teams to support product releases and enhance user engagement.

The Product Content Specialist role is a part of the Product Marketing team within the Product organization where you’ll manage the full lifecycle of product-driven content. From content planning and narrative development to copywriting and editing, you’ll transform technical product information into compelling content across formats such as datasheets, website copy, blog posts, and more. Your contributions will directly support product releases, launches, and updates to ensure that all content effectively communicates product value and features.

You’ll also collaborate closely with Marketing and Support teams to plan content strategies, distribute product-related content, and ensure t he accuracy of product information across marketing channels and the Help Center.

As a key contributor in a small, motivated team, you’ll use content as a strategic tool to achieve business goals, while fostering curiosity and innovation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become the go-to expert on product content and gain visibility across the organization.

Work Arrangeme nt

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the Seattle office)
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
Eligible to reside and work in USA (Citizens or Green Card Holders only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Technical Writers to gather product insights and translate them into high-impact content, including website copy, sales sheets, demo video scripts, and webinar or sales presentation slides.
  • Develop comprehensive launch-related materials, such as product emails, sales assets, and Help Center articles, to ensure effective communication of new features and updates.
  • Deliver in-app product communication and foster user engagement through strategic messaging.
  • Create clear, accurate , and compelling product content across multiple formats while ensuring alignment with product messaging and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce sales enablement content, ensuring all materials support product strategy and key messaging objectives .
  • Review and edit in-product copy to maintain clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure all content remains current, accurate , and tailored to the needs of the audience and channel.
  • Leverage content as a strategic tool to drive business outcomes, continuously exploring innovative approaches to enhance content engagement and impact.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related field.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong ability to translate technical details into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Pendo, CMS platforms, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for using content to solve business challenges and drive results.
