The Product Manager is a intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. This is a technical role managing products within Digital Workspace Services product portfolio within Citi Technology Infrastructure. We are looking for a Product Manager who can provide strategic vision to guide product development, provide direction and effectively communicate with business to accelerate time-to-market. Maintain product road map, prioritize deliverables, engage actively with engineering and security teams, guide towards solutions, measure impacts, and broadcast results to the broader organization. You partner and communicate with stakeholders, while simultaneously working to connect the teams to users and the broader business.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will manage products within the End User Digital Workspace Services product portfolio which includes internal products such as Apple Mac, RPA (Robotics Process Automation), Cloud Desktop, and more.

  • This role will focus on Robotics Process Automation products such as Automation Anywhere, Appian, Selenium, Boardwalk, etc.

  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders such as engineering, security, marketing, communications, operations to drive product objectives and experience.

  • Lead development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers.

  • Ensure alignment of your product with other products within the Desktop Portfolio, while effectively coordinating and understanding stakeholder priorities to serve as the voice of the customer.

  • Directly enhance end-user experience by driving key decisions through data analysis, surveys, and development of functional and business requirement documents that align strategic goals with business objectives.

  • Be effective at resolving conflicts while managing multiple priorities, evaluating, and balancing the impact of their decisions across various businesses/customers.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience such as product management or project / program management

  • Preferred experience with managing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) products such as Automation Anywhere, Selenium, Boardwalk, Appian, etc.

  • Strong ability to conduct detailed analyses of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) including hardware, software, licensing, and operational expenses

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Strong communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations to senior leadership, technical, and business stakeholders

  • Demonstrated analytical skills to drive strategic business decisions

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred
