The Product Manager, Wholesale at T-Mobile will lead the development and management of internal and external products, focusing on market research, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals in the wholesale sector.

The Product Manager is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. The Product Manager is ultimately accountable, responsible, and has ownership of T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or business results. At a high level this means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), technical feasibility, business objectives, securing funding, and leading a cross-functional team as well as key stakeholders to deliver against the opportunity.The Product Manager, Wholesale will be responsible for conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications; creating the product road map; helping drive and support technical delivery end to end; partnering with IT and Network Engineering, project/program management, marketing, and other key stakeholders to define release schedule; and drive go-to-market activities. The Wholesale business includes MVNO and IoT.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish partnerships across the wholesale organization and the enterprise to define, develop, manage, and drive execution of the product roadmap based on business and customer needs.
Identify target customer(s) for existing or future products, and design and drive product research.
Conduct cost-benefit / ROI / NPV analysis, competitive product analysis, to support decision making.
Define detailed product features and user stories for highly complex products and collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to drive product feature implementation.
Participate in technical design and architecture with cross functional teams – network architects and engineers, IT architects, and various back-office teams for successful development and implementation of the business requirements.
Own and manage product backlog and prioritize with our business and technology stakeholders. Work with stakeholders and follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.
Support business development, operations, marketing, and other stakeholder teams with the necessary product knowledge and additional documentation.
Accountable for product quality and performance in production environment. Accountable for product team response in event of critical or high impacting defect, including communications to stakeholders at all levels.
Generate and maintain dashboards and reports that track product health and success metrics.
Provide support to partners and internal operational teams to resolve partner issues related to billing, network connectivity and network performance.
Drive specific ad hoc analysis and present information to executive level management on request.
Provide Technical Training to potential and current Customers and internal teams.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Work Experience:
4-7 years of relevant Product Management experience in building and launching products in telecommunications with focus on wholesale (B2B2X) and/or enterprise (B2B) business models. Advanced level understanding of BSS/OSS.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience as a Product Manager in telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development.
Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives.
Experience in building and launching new products and features for wholesale or enterprise customers that are consumed, managed and supported using billing and customer management platforms.
Experience in building and launching wireless network products/services and billing products and features
Experience in translating business needs and technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
Strong technical skills and ability to partner with Engineering and other cross functional teams regarding architecture and feature functionality decisions and initiatives
Communication Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
Agile Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams.
Proficiency in requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
Business Analytics Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.

Base Pay Range: $100,100 - $180,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
