The Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on improving our pharmacy and back-end solutions, with a strong emphasis on process development and standardization. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and scalability in our core operations, directly impacting our ability to serve patients and grow our business.
Reporting to the Director of Product, this position will work closely with cross-functional team members including engineering, analytics, pharmacy operations, compliance, marketing, and executive. You'll play a key role in bridging various departments to ensure our product initiatives align with overall business goals and drive innovation in our healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Our team would be counting on you to meet or exceed expectations with the following
responsibilities:
  • Help manage the product roadmap for back-end systems and ensure alignment with overall business strategy
  • Lead initiatives to improve and optimize our pharmacy and back-end solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Work closely with designers to prepare tangible solutions based on requirements
  • Work directly with software engineers to develop and enhance software solutions that support our pharmacy operations & other back end solutions
  • Rigorously test products and features to ensure high-quality user experiences and identify areas for improvement
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Director of Product and other team leaders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or pharmacy operations
  • Experience working in a startup environment or building and maintaining a product through its entire lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of process development, standardization, and optimization techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with agile development processes
  • Experience with data analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
