SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Product Manager to analyze customer needs and market trends, collaborate with teams, and deliver data-driven, innovative solutions in the property management industry.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product strategy & planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Roadmap management: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company strategy, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring product ideas to life, from concept to launch.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to validate product ideas and drive continuous improvements.
  • Customer engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and validate solutions to enhance the user experience.
  • Product documentation: Create clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Go-to-market support: Assist in the creation of product launch plans, sales enablement materials, and training to ensure successful product adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS, PropTech, or FinTech environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver successful products that meet customer and business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and driving user-centric solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and the risk of electrical shock from office equipment and related items. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

WORK HOURS:

Minimum of Forty (40) hours per week. Actual daily hours will be assigned by senior management and will normally be between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Additional hours as needed for training, meetings and special projects or to meet deadlines and commitments.
