Karen Lazar Design is a small but rapidly growing jewelry company with a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality 14k gold filled pieces that are timeless. As we expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team and help drive our product strategy, innovation, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and launch of new jewelry products, from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with design, production, and the Operations manager to ensure alignment on product vision, quality, and timeline.
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Manage product life cycle, including inventory planning, product replenishment, and discontinuation.
• Manage product receiving and inventory maintenance.
• Assist with creating and maintaining product listings, descriptions, and images across e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest jewelry industry trends and competitor products.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or consumer goods.
• Experience working with Shopify is a plus—ability to update product pages, manage inventory, and ensure smooth integration with other platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—this is a team-oriented role, and we value a cooperative and flexible work style.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset, with an eye for design and quality.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics.
• Familiarity with product development processes, including vendor management and production timelines.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with social media or influencer marketing as it relates to product promotion.
• Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer business models
