SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Product Manager I will be responsible for managing technology products within Child Services, focusing on permanency planning and family-centered services to ensure efficient case management system improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of the curriculum requirements for a bachelor's degree and (4) years of direct experience in an OKDHS program division or managing a technology environment.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A Product Owner assists in developing and administering all phases of work related to technology products offered and consumed in the assigned portfolio. Under general direction, the position is responsible for the success of the product or portfolio in their scope.
The Child Service's Product Owner for Case Management (Permanency Planning, Family Centered Services) is essential for overseeing the permanency planning and family-centered services within Child Service's case management system. The Product Owner will spearhead technology improvements in the current legacy system. Additional responsibilities for this role will oversee implementation of the new Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) case management module.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with Case Management-Permanency Planning, Family Centered Services (FCS), Oklahoma Successful Adulthood Program (OKSA), Tribal, and Court Judicial program leads to identify technology benefits to their program which include but are not limited to the existing KIDS Legacy System and development of CCWIS.
Identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives, and budget
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents
Work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major agency projects efficiently
Maintain stakeholder relationships
Ensure products support agency strategic goals and budget encouraging efficient use of resources and accountability over resources
Provide system administration support for business products
Manage necessary product licenses
Own applications for modernization, documentation, and road map
Provide technology service delivery including applications, data storage and other business resources
Deliver training content and training plan consultation with organizational change management
Oversee creation of division training materials for implemented products
Produce analytics and reporting
Manage and maintain vendor relationships
Identify data integrations
Assess and address risks and issues
Lead cross-agency collaboration and cross-training
Provide cross-project communication/participation
Possess BA soft skills
Utilize market research to gain product awareness in order to meet customers’ needs
