North America Stores (NAS) Marketing is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of exclusive products in partnership with Amazon's most strategic brand partners. This role will focus on ideating, developing, and launching unique offerings across NAS categories, including Consumables, Home, Fitness, and Consumer Electronics (CE).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of exclusive offerings on Amazon, working with some of the world's most recognizable brands to collaborate and launch one-of-a-kind, brand-burnishing products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating uniquely special products that delight customers and drive business growth.

Key job responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with top-tier brand partners to co-create exclusive product offerings
  • Lead end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Amazon's customer-centric approach; advise on value propositions to inform creative deliverables that will be be leveraged across onsite and offsite channels
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify emerging trends and opportunities within NAS categories
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including vendor management, design, marketing, and operations to bring products to market
  • Develop and manage exclusive product roadmaps, prioritizing features, colorways, co-brand collaborations, and celebrity or creator collaborations based on customer needs and business objectives
  • Create and present compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in for new product initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and iterate on offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements relevant to assigned categories
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience working internally at a brand with a robust product manufacturing and development pipeline that includes exclusive collaborations with retailers
  • Ability to create basic mockups or prototypes to communicate product ideas
  • Understanding of supply chain (e.g., cost management, time-to-market, product feasibility)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
