Johnson & Johnson PH is a leader in the field of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Our portfolio of PAH treatments covers the spectrum of disease, from WHO Functional Class (FC) II through to FC IV, with oral, inhaled and intravenous medications.
This position is a critical part of the Johnson & Johnson PH U.S. Therapy Access & Lifecycle Marketing team. The Product Manager, Therapy Access Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of Therapy Access tactics in support of a field-based Therapy Access team. This role will report to the Product Director, Therapy Access & Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial execution for a field-based Therapy Access Team through the development and delivery of differentiated market access/fulfillment assets.
- Participate and actively provide inputs to cross functional partners as it relates to the development of the executional focus for the field-based Therapy Access team inclusive of brand access pull through/fulfillment strategies.
- Partner with the Learning & Development lead in the creation of training materials for field-based Therapy Access Team.
- Shape Therapy Access field team partnership and approach for national meetings to connect brand access, fulfillment & adherence strategy to executional excellence.
- Cultivate and identify Payer & Therapy Access insights for the brand, market, and PH landscape in partnership with field-based Therapy Access colleagues, market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics.
- Lead the execution of Therapy Access initiatives across the PH portfolio based on business need including the evolution of existing resources.
- Partner with others across professional, patient, and customer experience marketing teams to ensure a coordinated approach to Therapy Access.
- Manage AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to Therapy Access strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and execution of key tactics and deliverables.
- Partner with Legal, Medical, Regulatory and Compliance to obtain approval of Therapy Access marketing materials.
Qualifications
Education:
B.A./B.S. required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 6 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required; minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing or related experience.
- Strong sense of urgency and big picture orientation with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and management skills are required.
- Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.
- Demonstrated success partnering with field leadership and sales learning and development is required.
Preferred:
- Market access, payer and/or therapy access experience in a rare disease market.
This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 25% travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $197,800.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
