To support this growth, we are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to oversee key functions such as product marketing management (PMM), demand generation, analyst relations (AR), public relations (PR), and digital marketing. This leadership role will be crucial in shaping our go-to-market strategies and elevating our brand presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will drive demand, engage with key stakeholders, and amplify Seraphic's position as a market leader.

What You'll Do:

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value and differentiation of our solutions to target audiences
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the company's overall brand and resonates across all customer touchpoints

Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for product launches and updates
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on launch goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Identify and communicate key market opportunities to influence product roadmap decisions

Demand Generation:

  • Drive new growth opportunities by emphasizing technology differentiation and enabling significant contributions to pipeline generation
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities to drive demand by leveraging market insights, customer needs, and emerging trends

Sales Enablement:

  • Develop sales tools, including presentations, battle cards, and competitive analysis, to empower the sales team with the resources they need to close deals
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they understand and can effectively communicate product value propositions

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Provide actionable insights to inform product development, positioning, and overall strategy

Content Creation and Management:

  • Own the development and management of all content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, and social media posts. Act as the primary writer and editor for marketing materials until a dedicated content team is established
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with product positioning and demand generation goals. Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for SEO where applicable
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ideas for content creation. Manage the content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of all assets

Requirements:

What You’ll bring with you:

  • 7+ years of experience in security software, PMM, technical PMM, PM, cybersecurity and B2B SaaS
  • Deep domain expertise in web security/ browser-based security solutions/ endpoint security and cybersecurity technologies
  • Strong knowledge of key influencers, industry players, and thought leaders in the cybersecurity and web security space. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • English native
  • Proven experience in managing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messages
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
