This is an office-based position.
Responsibilities:
The Product Marketing Associate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding customer needs, market trends, and how to position products effectively to gain market share. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure our products resonate with target customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Messaging:

  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials


Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing teams


Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform product development and marketing strategy


Product Launches:

  • Work closely with the Director of Product Marketing to drive product launch efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective communication


Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials to ensure sales teams can effectively position and sell products


Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with product managers to produce high-quality marketing collateral such as slicks, factsheets, FAQs, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and product demos


Campaign Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and conversions


Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to measure success and refine strategies


Key Metrics for Success:

  • Product Launch Goal Attainment: Meeting or exceeding targets for product launches, including sales, adoption, and engagement goals.
  • Win/Loss Ratio on Competitive Deals: Improvement in win rates against key competitors
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and marketing strategies
  • Experience with product launches, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO keywords
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred skills in marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce)
