The Spin.AI Product Marketing Manager helps drive the overall marketing strategy for the SpinOne platform. This role works with the product, sales, channel, and marketing teams to build and execute the go-to-market plan in order to drive revenue for the product. The Product Marketing Manager helps to identify revenue opportunities, provide market insights, and connect with the buyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the cybersecurity market and a deep interest in SaaS security solutions.
Duties:
- Refine ideal customer profile based on industry trends, challenges and priorities within target markets
- Refine target personas based on insights related to key roles within the buying center, pain points, use cases, value drivers, and the buyer journey
- Work with stakeholders to create messaging for products, industries and themes that resonate for both technical and business audiences
- Research and provide ongoing insights into competitive landscape including current and emerging vendors, capabilities, differentiators, and opportunities
- Work closely with sales and product teams to provide market, product and competitive insights that enable sales to position and sell our solutions with the right strategies, messages, narrative, and tools
- Work closely with all marketing functions to build inbound and outbound marketing strategies, messages, and content that will engage target audiences throughout the buyer journey to drive awareness, consideration, preference, and purchase
- Work with marketing to create compelling content for target personas including blogs, product overviews, sales presentations, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies
- Act as a subject matter expert for webinars, conferences, videos, bylines and interactions with press and analysts
- Support new product launches and ongoing product updates to help drive awareness, demand and cross/up-sell opportunities across customers and prospects
- Report regularly on product metrics and provide insights into what’s working or not working to drive improvement
Expectations:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, or outbound product management experience, in B2B cybersecurity, SaaS security preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience marketing to small and mid-sized businesses
- Experience creating personas, messaging and value propositions
- Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced startup environment
