SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a product marketing and program manager to drive cross-category discovery through data-driven marketing initiatives and collaboration with tech and product teams at Amazon.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed product marketing and program manager who is data-driven, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. In this role, you will develop and execute mechanisms and processes that allow tech, product and marketing to scale quickly and deliver cross category discovery. You will leverage experimentation and performance data to inform your approach, creating best practices and playbooks to drive quick adoption and progress. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with our Events Marketing, Product and Tech teams to support and influence the onsite CX roadmap. This role provides a great opportunity to make an outsized impact collaborating closely with talented marketing, business and tech leaders to unlock cross-category discovery.
Key job responsibilities

- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly updates on the state of initiatives and goals assigned
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key workstreams and track progress and milestones
- Manage stakeholder team communication and track progress towards joint goals
- Establish marketing operations best practices to drive growth through successful planning, execution and optimization
- Responsible for communicating status and results to stakeholders and leadership

We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside cutting-edge tools for marketers.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
