Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Position Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will be the leading expert for our revenue cycle management (RCM) services within the hospital and health systems segment. In this role, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that support business goals and increase our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic direction and campaign planning for the hospital and health systems segment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Create thought leadership content such as articles, webinars, and presentations to elevate our brand and expertise in the market.
- Develop sales enablement materials and training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage segment-specific performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports on marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially hospitals and health systems. Experience with revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging and marketing content.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
