Product Marketing Manager, Surgical Reconstruction
LOCATION
US-based, hybrid work model with approximately 30-40% travel required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare-focused marketing experience, especially in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is required.

The Product Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy and execution for Integra’s Surgical Reconstruction Franchise, impacting education, promotion, and customer adoption in the healthcare sector.

Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Marketing, the PMM is responsible for executing and measuring product and HCP marketing strategies, supporting new product development and launches, and maintaining initiatives to grow the existing portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional programs, and product strategies to meet business objectives.
Success in this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing Leadership, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Professional Education, Market Access, Sales Learning and Development, and others. This is a high-visibility opportunity to gain experience while contributing to commercial objectives.
- Leads in the development of product marketing plans, including objectives, strategies, and tactics under the guidance of senior team members.
- Owns product forecasting, pricing strategies, and creation of sales support materials to enhance the product line and meet organizational goals.
- Conducts competitive analysis and maintains updated comparisons and evaluations to inform strategic product line decisions.
- Prepares product positioning documents, competitive analyses, presentations, and content for marketing materials such as websites, brochures, and sales tools.
- Leads the preparation of budget forecasts for marketing functions and provides inputs for resource planning.
- Assists in maintaining relationships with industry experts, trade organizations, and field visits with surgeons and sales consultants to strengthen product positioning.
- Routinely interfaces with the Product Marketing Managers of other product lines offered by the company to fully understand the relationships within the portfolio of products offered by the Company
- Partners with sales to provide support for new product introductions, sales training programs, and field visits with surgeons or key accounts.
- Participates in strategic planning activities to identify target markets, surgeons, and hospitals for assigned products.
- Manages product availability by monitoring forecasts and collaborating with supply chain teams.
- Acquires product and industry knowledge through literature review, field visits, and participation in surgeries or other educational opportunities.
- Assists in the preparation and execution of surgeon training courses, including didactic and hands-on lab sessions.
- Collaborates with Marketing Communications and other departments to ensure proper product positioning in the market.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or a related field.
- Preferred Education: MBA preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare-focused marketing experience within a medical device or pharmaceutical company.
- Experience with regenerative tissue, plastic and reconstructive surgery, or hernia repair is a plus.
- Exposure to new product launch processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of reimbursement landscapes and clinical evidence processes is a plus.
- Sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a bonus.
