FS-Elliott seeks a Product Marketing Specialist to support product marketing efforts, focusing on campaign development, digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and event coordination to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.

Description


FS-Elliott is looking to add a Product Marketing Specialist to our team. This person will support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of product marketing including lead-generation, event coordination, and creative content development and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging both digital and traditional channels.


Responsibilities


  • Campaign Development & Execution: Assist in the creation and execution of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns to elevate FS-Elliott’s brand presence, products, and services across diverse markets.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize FS-Elliott’s digital presence, including the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Work closely with vendors for SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content marketing to drive website traffic and increase social media engagement.
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to develop engaging, high-quality content for multiple platforms (web, social media, newsletters, blogs, brochures), ensuring content aligns with product messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement and manage lead-generation strategies through various marketing channels. Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth and timely lead handoffs, track leads through the pipeline, and provide the necessary support to optimize lead conversion.
  • Event Coordination & Promotion: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing industry events, including trade shows, sales meetings, and webinars.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring the effective execution of marketing initiatives while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and continuous feedback loops for strategy refinement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with FS-Elliott’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all channels and ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Additional Duties: Provide flexible support for various marketing initiatives, adapting to evolving business needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related filed, or 2+ years in marketing role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
