Product & Marketing Specialist
LOCATION
Hybrid position with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or a related field, with 3-5 years of related experience. Skills in copywriting, digital marketing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) are preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead content writing efforts, manage product documentation and updates, oversee marketing materials for product launches, and coordinate with sales teams for effective communication about products and promotions.

Seeking a detail-oriented Product & Marketing Specialist to enhance content creation, product coordination, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product & Marketing Specialist to lead content writing efforts for multiple brands, while also managing divisional product coordination. Product coordination involves collaborating closely with product management and sales to ensure all marketing and sales materials are available for product updates, new launches, and sales initiatives. Included in this role, you will also be engaged in a wide variety of sales support responsibilities that are key to the organization’s ongoing selling efforts. Duties/Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Content writing (SEO knowledge a plus)
- Internal and external e-mail and social media marketing campaigns
- Manage product line updates across company websites
Product Coordination
- Manage product documentation for price lists, sell sheets, warranties, etc. and oversee product updates and promotions
- Set up new products and ensure all launch materials are ready
- Internal and external communications regarding product updates
- Weekly communication with Product Directors
Sales & Team Support
- Coordinate communications with sales team about products and promotions
- Maintain various contact lists
- Prep and mail marketing materials as requested, including swag management
- Update and maintain company Dropbox
- Manage display registrations and updates
Required & Preferred Skills
- Copywriting and content-creation
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills to meet deadline expectations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment with ability to multi-task
- Preferred experience with business or operations management
- Background in distribution or the flooring industry is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
Hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, optional remote Mon & Fri (subject to change)
