The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and ensuring the successful launch and promotion of products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, conducting market research, analyzing competitive positioning, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. The Product Marketing Specialist plays a key role in connecting product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring alignment between product offerings and market demand.


What you will do
:

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and strategy.

Product Messaging and Positioning

  • Create and refine product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and highlight unique differentiators.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and deliver sales tools and collateral to support the Agency Relations team in effectively communicating product benefits.

Content Development

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce marketing materials, including landing pages, videos, knowledge base articles, and additional items as needed.

Campaign Support

  • Partner with the broader marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that drive product awareness and demand generation.

Customer Insights

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and ensure alignment with market needs.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product management and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.


What you will need
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in product marketing or related roles, with a strong understanding of B2C or B2B marketing dynamics.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product features into customer-centric messaging.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Experience working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, MixPanel, Looker, etc.

  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Creative thinking and a customer-first mindset.
