The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and ensuring the successful launch and promotion of products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, conducting market research, analyzing competitive positioning, and supporting sales enablement initiatives. The Product Marketing Specialist plays a key role in connecting product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring alignment between product offerings and market demand.
What you will do:
Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform product positioning and strategy.
Product Messaging and Positioning
Create and refine product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and highlight unique differentiators.
Sales Enablement
Develop and deliver sales tools and collateral to support the Agency Relations team in effectively communicating product benefits.
Content Development
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce marketing materials, including landing pages, videos, knowledge base articles, and additional items as needed.
Campaign Support
Partner with the broader marketing team to plan and implement campaigns that drive product awareness and demand generation.
Customer Insights
Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and ensure alignment with market needs.
Performance Monitoring
Track and analyze key performance metrics for product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product management and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in product marketing or related roles, with a strong understanding of B2C or B2B marketing dynamics.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product features into customer-centric messaging.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, MixPanel, Looker, etc.
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Creative thinking and a customer-first mindset.
