Glo is a leading online yoga and wellness platform online that empowers individuals to embrace wellness through yoga and mindfulness practices. We are expanding our offerings with new product features and exploring new revenue streams, and we are looking for a talented Product Marketing Lead to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
Glo is on a mission to improve the world’s well-being. To accomplish that mission, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead who will play a critical role in driving the success of new product features and revenue lines by crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You will be the bridge between the product and marketing teams ensuring that our products meet market needs and are positioned to drive growth and user engagement.
You will be responsible for understanding customer insights, defining the value proposition, and communicating it effectively across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience launching new products and driving product adoption in a fast-paced, growing digital business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the unique value propositions of new product features and services. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints (website, social media, email, etc.).
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches. Partner with cross-functional teams (product, content production, marketing) to ensure smooth launches that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
- User & Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand user needs, identify market opportunities, and stay on top of industry trends. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Product Launches: Own the launch process for new features and product updates. Partner with the content and social teams to develop educational and promotional content to support launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between marketing and product teams. Partner closely with the product team to align on feature development, customer feedback, and marketing timelines.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define KPIs for product launches and campaigns. Track, measure, and report on the performance of product marketing efforts, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Integrate new product features into the customer journey, ensuring they are promoted effectively across onboarding, engagement, and retention touchpoints.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to differentiate our products and drive market share growth.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a digital subscription or content-driven business (e.g., SaaS, fitness, wellness, or related industry).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in launching and marketing new products and features.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling benefits for users.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with product, growth, and sales teams.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).

- Compensation: $117,000 - $140,000/year + equity
