Production Artist/Graphic Designer (Coppell, Tx)

We are seeking a creative and driven Production Artist to join our growing Marketing team. This role will join the existing creative team to help us continue to build our brands and support our various marketing initiatives including Wink, Carhartt Medical, and Fashion Seal Healthcare apparel and accessories.

The Superior Cloth & Stitch Production Artist will execute the design and layout of printed and digital marketing collateral such as catalogs, PDP, tradeshow materials, and other GTM Tools to support sell-in.

The Production Artist is responsible for taking design concepts created by designers and translating them into final, production-ready artwork for print and digital marketing collateral. They will ensure accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and adherence to technical specifications, while collaborating closely with the product design teams and managing project timelines to meet deadlines. Key skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong attention to detail, knowledge of retouching processes and an understanding of B2B platforms as well as print production standards. Apparel experience is a plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of experience as a production artist or graphic designer in a print or digital design environment with a strong portfolio to match
• Graphic design technical training
• Expert level with retouching and recoloring
• Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential
• Ability to identify and correct even minor inconsistencies in design elements
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Familiarity with and ability to work within PMO system
• Ability to clearly communicate design concerns and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of prepress processes, color modes, and file formats
• Familiarity with packaging design, B2B platforms (Envoy specifically a bonus), digital newsletters / B2B marketing or other relevant design applications
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to speed up design process ideal

PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Apparel experience is ideal but not mandatory
• Wrike PMO system
